Mexican skirt and top for “baile folklorico” 5 de MAYO

Girls Mexican top & skirt for folklore dance “baile folklorico”. Not sure about the size as it was made by a seamstress . But it’s for a young girl, possibly 7-8 -9 years old. Please see photos for measurements and full details (slight damage, hardly noticeable) and photo of dress being worn by 7 year old.
