Mexican Sterling Butterfly Brooch Pin Abalone Iridescent Shell Hallmarked Hecho en Mexico. Beautiful iridescent abalone sterling butterfly brooch. Size: 2 1/2" wide x 2 1/8" high (63mm x 55mm) brooch has four panels on each side of the sterling body, each with bright natural colors of pink, purple, blue, green and black. The surface is very smooth and in excellent condition. The rear has a 1 3/4" long pin back, with a well functioning fold over clasp closure. Stamped Hecho Mexico, with a 13 in the center. The overall condition is really very nice, and this is an artisan piece with fine workmanship
