Really cute cotton (maybe cotton blend?) pleated skirt with a Mexican novelty print. Labeled a 3XL but it runs small, see measurements below. It has two different buttons at the waist, pockets, and a zip closure. Has only been worn once so it’s in excellent condition. Measurements taken flat: Waist: 18.5”-19.5” Length: 24.5”
