This is a Mexican Pottery amphora. It has double handles with rings. The finish is an antiqued terracotta. Style is reminiscent of Pre-Columbian. I believe it is a coil construction from feeling the inside of the vessel. This was brought back from Mexico by my aunt and uncle who were posted there in the 1980s. I have three, each a different size. See last picture and other listings. This is the largest one. Measurements - Height - 6" Circumference - 17 1/2" Length - 6 1/4"
