Ivory cotton Mexican embroidered blouse featuring a lavender design of dogwood florals and accordion pleats. Hemline and sleeves are scalloped and there are flowers on the sleeves as well. Embroidery is machine done but the blouse is handmade. No tags but would fit a medium to large size. Measurements are 19 1/2" armpit/pit; 13" sleeves; 23 1/2" length with the waist being free. It is a empire style waist with loose pleating down body of blouse. Exceptionally nice and without any stains, holes or odors. Looks like it wasn't ever worn. So pretty and lightweight. An unusual pattern and colorway.

folkflowermama @frecklesupplyco it does not...there aren't any labels or tags whatsoever which indicates completely hand-made. I would say it's most likely a cotton polyester blend from the feel of the material. I have several of these blouses in my personal collection and most are blends. However, I do have some others for sale in my closet which are 100% cotton. This one is lightweight and soft to the touch.
