Metrostyle - black sheer high/low

This looks like a button up long sleeve shirt but is long like a dress. about 43" from top of collar to the bottom of the back, which is longer than the front. 3 buttons in front. 1 bottom on cuffs. Can roll up the sleeves and has bottom strip. pretty sheer. Size M.
