Metropark embroidered tunic top - size small

Gorgeous embroidered flowers and birds adorn this tunic top on the front, sleeves and hemline. Black rayon fabric with off white embroidery. Flowy ballon-like sleeves. Very good preowned condition. However, it is missing the drawstring around the waist line. See last photo. Top can still be worn as a tunic top and looks great, but reflected in the price. Size small on tag but please see measurements. Approx measurements: armpit to armpit 20”, top of shoulder to hemline 30”.
