leslieathey Hi. The bust is measured from underarm seam to underarm seam. The length is measured from just under the collar to the bottom edge.

tmlangley7 @leslieathey Arm forward to arm pit is 17" And I'm not sure if you mean from the bottom of the tol'er is underneath the collar like at the shoulder to the waist that is about 25"

tmlangley7 @leslieathey One thing I remember is that it has these little button cuffs on the arms and they were kind of tight around my arm. I would try it on for you and send you a picture but it won't let me attach one in the comments
