Metallic Silver & White Nicole Miller Cocktail

This dress is stunning. The top portion is metallic silver(similar to shape of bikini top) , while the bottom (ranges from right below breast to knee) is white scrunchy material. When my pageant coach describes the dress to me, I thought it sounded trashy (because of the metallic top with scrunchy bottom) but the second that I saw the dress, I fell in love, then when I tried it on I could not even dream of a more perfect cocktail dress for interview. It is very classy, comfortable, & stunning
