danettewilso703 @rebalone Hi there! My apologies for just getting back to you. This past week has been so busy. The laying flat measurement is 14 inches. Stretched out it’s about 19 inches. The waistband is pretty stretchy. I took a picture of the waistband unstretched to send you. I don’t see how I can attach it here for you but I’ll try to update the listing with it.
