Metal Touch Lamp UFO Mushroom Dome Flying Saucer Vintage White 3 Way Bulb. The cord was a bit finicky when I got it, so it didn't work initially, but now it does. I cannot guarantee the wiring is correct. Currently it is working with 3 different levels of lighting. I show 2 of the 3 in pictures. Does have a scuff on the top as shown. Otherwise good shape.
