Met Gala “Ode to Karl” Blazer by #FarrahNayka

This was a little design self challenge I have to myself around the Met Gala 2023 that honored legendary designer of Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld. Here I began with a never worn, size 14, all cream white blazer. Its bust is 41 inches max. I then proceeded to custom it completely both sides using recycled materials. They are truly unique in both sides and ll the pops of color and vintage is my custom. How do you think I did? All of my custom designed pieces are one of a kind creations using excellent condition, new, or very good condition second hand pieces with recycled, sustainable materials or fabrics to re-create a sustainable piece without contributing to global warming.
