pochamarcela @lilacrose I have been changing my bad habits. More exercise, just water, no soda at all and no junk food. I am eating every 3-4 hours and always have a healthy snack on my purse. A lot of fruits!!!! I am no a veggie person but I can handle carrots, broccoli and cucumber pretty nice. I had 25 pounds more when I came to the US... And just 10 to go!!! You can do it, just love who you are and wish a better healthy and bright life to yourself ❤❤🙏❤❤

pochamarcela No problem dear!!!! I almost forgot to tell you: don't try to change your habits in one day, start slow... But never give up or go backwards... It is not a chance!!!! It took me 4 months but I feel in a better body, my skin is bright, my hair looks amazing!!! Also, if you can try GMC Woman vitamins ( awesome vitamins). Next week we will start ( my boyfriend and I) with a detox and a juicy diet. Just one day with a dinner with veggies juice and then become two days per week. I will tell you how it works lol!!! XoXo and Happy New Year!!! 😉💋
