Mesh bow holiday GARTER ONLY

Only selling the garter belt/waist cincher because it is the wrong size for me. Reposh. The seller I bought this from had the tags on it and it was never used and as soon as I got it, I took the tags off and saw it was the wrong size after the fact. NWOT, never worn. Excellent condition.
