lovelylupuslady @nica2013 Hi Nica 💖 I saw the meds in the pic I notice stuff like that bc I have a chronic disease lupus amongst others. On Jan 1 I went on the Paleo diet and it's helped my health out a lot. I hope you don't take this message offensively I just like to help other people who suffer from debilitating diseases.❤

lovelylupuslady @nica2013 I have major arthritis bc of lupus Paleo is where you eat whole unprocessed foods like meat, eggs, veggies, fruit, nuts, sweet potato- I lost 5 pds so far but more importantly it's improving my quality of life. Free recipes at www.everydaypaleo.com my friends from my old job have there whole family on it and its helped them bc one chd had some health problems probably all the processed foods lolo!
