Merrel insoles For extra height and fit insert size 5-6.5, big kids 3.5 *please see photos for measurements :) These insoles came in a pair of kids boots, to adjust for a childs growth so the boots could be worn as their foot grew. I used a short time in a pair of boots that were too big for me, the boots are long gone, maybe these inserts can be useful for you too? They are marked on the underside in womens in pics.
