Merona polka dot dress

This flowy dress is fully lined with a smooth slip. It has pleats in the front and flutter sleeves. The bow can be tied in the front or back or even removed. It hits at the knees and is flattering! Tag says XS but because it's designed to be loose it fits a S easily.
