Merona Women’s Small Striped Dress w Red Belt

Women’s size small. The dress has navy and off white stripes. Comes with red faux leather belt. Worn and washed many times. There is some pilling. Does run large. Belt measures about 36”. Laid flat, the waist, where the belt loops are, measures 18 1/4”. Dress is very stretchy. 95% rayon and 5% spandex. Machine washable.
