@dsuffix Hi there! I'm so sorry it took me so long to respond! I don't see a stain on the neck, but for the ones shown in the photo, I'm not sure what they are. I have not tried a stain pre-treatment yet, to be honest. I can try to do a full stain treatment and wash if you're interested, but that may take a few days to complete.
