Merona Black and white patterned cute dress

Black and white flower floral pattern dress with a drawstring waist, so it is a blouson style. With the thick straps it is appropriate for work or family dinner. Has a white liner and fabric doesn’t wrinkle. It’s a wonderful dress but it just sits too high on me (I’m tall) and I should have gotten a bigger size. Has a v neck and the skirt is slightly hi-low hem. This will become a Summer staple! 17 1/2 inch bust. 15 inch waist. 37 inches long in the front and 40 in the back. Side pockets.
