Merona Long Sleeve Shift Dress Womens Small Black V-Neck This is a great basic black dress for a variety of ocassions. Long sleeves with buttons at the cuffs, a v-neck and an asymmetrical hemliine gives it style. It is machine washable made from 90% Polyester and 2% Spandex. There are elastic loops at each side of the waist which I assume were for a belt. The dress does not come with a belt.
