Mermaid tutu & Headband Set

If you have a mermaid themed bday party, pictures, or even a little girl that loves to play dress up. This set is so bright, beautiful, and very colorful! The tutu is thin and does not attach at the end. I would highly recommend tights or leggings! Worn once for my daughter's 3rd bday party. In great condition! It's a medium (3 - 4 years old).
