- Mermaid skirt aka Wedding crinoline

I’m going to say that this began its life as a wedding crinoline. However especially in 2023s lingerie in public vibe I think this makes a killer skirt. I can see it with a little Bralett or a T-shirt you do you. The top part of the skirt is a body-conscious nylon spandex. The bottom has three layers of tool ruffles plus lining. I would be really tempted to cut out that lower lining. Although it is reinforced at the ham to help hold out that tulle In excellent condition
