Top is ~19” armpit to armpit ~ 12” length from the highest fabric point on the top Skirt is ~15” at rest and goes up to 20” and length is ~18” The top size is M in Sincerely Jules juniors size and the skirt is L in Sincerely Jules juniors size as well.
