jerseyglam @jengiann Hi! Sorry to question you but are you positive - as we have them with the kimono when we package it and if it was missed (ie if it fell while packaging) for instance it would be at our packaging center and I don't have any loose ones. Are you sure it didn't fall out or got left in the package? I just had a customer last week think she was missing hers and then found it.

jengiann @jerseyglam no I double checked and checked again. I looked in the pockets as well. The robe was folded up and when I took it out I was in my living room. So I know it didn’t fall out or I would have seen it. I swear on my boys lol. It wasn’t in there. Can you please take a look again? Love it and wanted to wear it like a robe not a shawl. I actually ordered a dress from you as well. If you find could you please send it with that? Thanks

jerseyglam @jengiann I don't have any extra ties but I believe it may have a kimono still that arrived in damaged that I can take it from. I'll check later today when I got to my warehouse to pull items for packaging.
