Mermaid Decorative Hook

I've had this for so long, and I've never used it. Sure had defects like the market (?) On her face, but the rust is new. The market night come off? I've never tried to remove it, and maybe the rust as well. I kind of like the rust, but it depends on the style you want Measurements are in the pictures 🧜‍♀️
