&Merci size small NWOT THEY CALLED THIS THE COOKIE MONSTER SWEATER. This is another sweater that I think is so adorable and such a pretty blue color. It’s in between light blue and sky blue. It’s a turtleneck with very fun fringes. I just never had a chance to wear it. Please buy it and wear it because it deserves to be worn and seen. It is too cute to be left in the closet.
