These forged knives have a "santoprine" handles and feel very comfortable on the hand. They will not slip even when wet or oily. They are heavy yet balanced very well. There is a 8" X 13.25" chef's knife, 8" X 13" serrated bread knife, 2 utility knives 6" X 11", and a 3.5" X 8" paring knife. All sharp as can be.
