Hello I have this same clutch I purchased from another seller last week but it doesn't stay closed. Its really loose. Seeing how it is made, is there any way I can fix it or get it tightened?? If so where would I take it?

@giannacunn I think you would have to contact that seller. My bags are all first quality and all locks or closures go through quality control in our warehouse. Sorry I don't know anything about the person you bought it from, maybe she can return it to have your closure tightened. We have not had this issue so sorry I don't know how else to answer.🤔
