Mens’s Large “Bend, Oregon” Hoodie

Mens’s Large “Bend, Oregon” Hoodie; Cool “waffle” material (similar to old school Long John’s) Tried on once but too big for me. The tag says small but this is def not a small. It fits like a large. I normally wear a medium and this is too big on me. I can give measurements if you’re interested. Thanks!
