what size do you normally wear?

So, my newest and current pair of boots - Sidi Strada Evo Airs - are a Size 42 which is a US 8 or 8.5.
To compare to my other current shoes, my Converse Chuck Taylors, Perry Ellis dress shoes, and New Balance sneakers are all US 7.5.
