Size 46 vintage can mean much smaller -- would you mind measuring the shoulders. I'm 6'2" tall with 44 shoulders and 36" waste and like a tailored look. Any more info would be so helpful. Thanks!

@yalegurney shoulder to shoulder is 22”, pit to pit is 25” and neck seam to bottom is 31”.

@yalegurney obviously depends on your build but probably in between. You could probably fit a thin base layer and a medium sweater under it.
