Men's size 11 Brooks Pure Beat (Like New!!)

Brooks Pure Beat size 11. Like new condition. Like new because they have been worn inside, but never outside. I did add photos of the toe sole where it has cracked? It is not a crack per say but I don't know how else to describe it. It by no means leaks. It is not all the way through. Just looks like a defect of sorts. I did try these on and wear them around the house. They are comfortable and the spot is not getting any larger. I'm not exactly sure what the crease/crack in the sole is but it does not appear to be anything to worry about after monitoring.
