Mens royal blue t shirt

Jack & Jones Royal blue T-shirt size medium. I’m not sure if this has shrunk but the measurements are 18 across 24 1/2 from the shoulder/neck to the bottom. The color looks a little purple in the pictures but it is actually a royal blue.
