Men’s old navy black shorts!

These old navy black shorts are in great condition!! On the bottom cuffs you can flip them up once and have blue cuffs but if you flip them twice it will be plain black! Close by two inside buttons and a zipper! These shorts are mid rise. They are 17 inches flat on waist so I assume that these are a size 34 considering that 17 flat front and 17 flat back is 34!
