robertarvine I just received the boots. The right boot is defective. Feels like there is a void where there should be arch support. Like the transition from heal to the ball of your foot is a step rather than a supportive arch like all other boots and shoes.

carolmerrill1 @robertarvine I’m sorry about that. Is it something you can see by looking at the boot. Can you take a picture of it. If you want, you can initiate a return. I have one more pair of size 14 that I can replace it with.

carolmerrill1 @robertarvine I just realized you ordered a size 13 and we are out of size 13 currently. Please return and we will refund your money if they are defective. Again- I apologize. They are brand new boots so I guess they were made incorrectly

robertarvine @carolmerrill1 sorry to start this in the comments I don’t know how to reach you otherwise. I have started the return process though. So guess we will go from there. This doesn’t seem like a thing you had control over or did intentionally. Definitely a manufactured defect.
