Men’s fossil watch blue face, red face toggle

Reposhing this item I purchased from @bkck12. I replaced the battery, so the face is able to change colors now, but the hands still don’t move. Could still work as a fashion piece or fixed by someone more knowledgeable! Questions? Leave a comment below!
