Men’s fila shoes

Here’s a great pair of men’s fila shoes in excellent condition except the bottom was stepped in like tar or asphalt i haven’t tried to scrub it off or bleach it because it doesn’t come off when you walk around so it doesn’t transfer to where you step so I never really needed to clean them
