These are brand new Neos overshoes with their original box. This is an open box. The style is Rover, which I believe has been discontinued. These are unisex overshoes size small. U.S Men: 5.5 - 7 U.S Women: 7 - 8.5 Euro: 38 - 40 These overshoes have built-in ice traction with 16 cleats per shoe. These come with a tool to tighten/ remove the cleats. There is a fast release buckle for tightening and velcro at the top for the calf area. The overshoes open extremely wide to fit any shoe easily inside. These are any weather overshoes- they can be helpful with all terrains. The velcro is in great shape, the buckles are in great shape, and the tool for the cleats fits and works.
