samantha17rose @thomannb Hello Brian. These are new with tags. They came bran new, by mail order, with only the one water resistant tag. Unfortunately, I would have to say yes, most likely. When i was unfolding and photographing them there was a slight swoosh sound.

samantha17rose @thomannb You're welcome, and no. Not a fan at all, I also hate that sound. I had shorts for track that would make that same noise. It always bugged out my concentration.

thomannb @samantha17rose Ha! I used to hate being late to class because everyone would hear me coming. I wanted to die of embarrassment. Stupid track suit. 😠Well, best wishes selling these. Hope someone who likes to swish around will purchase them.
