Mens Vintage Cap N Jac Windbreaker Jacket Xl (Runs Small) Zip Up Light Weight

Zipper works good and jacket is in nice shape but does have small paint spot on sleeve. Has a spot where you can tell there used to be a name tag patch. Please check measurements I think it runs small for a XL
