sashadoodle @cdlauria from my dad: Chest is 23.5. Neck to Waist is 27. The sleeve measures 28 but is deceptive as the shoulder is loose and not clearly defined. I wear a 34/35 sleeve shirt and it fits me. It’s a nice jacket. Neck to waist was measured on the back of the jacket.
