desifree @auntrhodie hello there. Thank you for taking the time to browse my closet. What do you mean by felted? The sweater has not been altered in any way and has never been dried. I know it can probably use a shave which I can do.

desifree @auntrhodie please continue, as I’m not sure what your trying to get at. no alterations have been made to the sweater. The sweater proportions is how the sweater was made. The sweater is 20 plus years old and am the only owner. I will take a closer look at it tomorrow. If I remember correctly the ends may be rubbery not sure if this is felted is but again this is how it was made. Any callouts wound have been disclosed.
