asignoflife @burkalurk Roughly the hips are 24" flat across. I measured about 1 1/2" below the zipper bottom. The waist does have elastic in the back. I hope this helps!

asignoflife @nefitru Hi, this is new / never worn. I did add measurements in the description if that helps. My boyfriend tried this on and it's a little too small. He's typically a 35 x 34 and wears Large or XL shirts.
