New but laundered. I took them out of plastics and washed and dried them- I usuallylly wear medium men’s sweatpants - these are size small and have oversized-baggy look (like standard or slim fit) otherwise very good quality and because they were washed have to sell cheaper Men’s size small - bright blue color
