Brand New, as we purchased these for a formal event that was canceled and now outgrown. Excellent near mint condition in a Men's size 5.5. They have regular eyelets and two sets of hooks at the top. They are entirely black with a heavy duty sole. I believe they are steel toed as well. Great boots all around! All my items come from a clean smoke free home.
