Hi sorry about this, I live in a dorm & I don't use my real name on here. I use an alias, for personal reasons. So dorm mailing system is based on the name on our ID cards and my real name is in my uni system not my alias. So what happen was they couldn't match my alias name to my room # because thats the procedure, & because they couldn't match it they sent it back. I didn't know they would do that until I went to the front desk in my hall.
