edhayes457 This was not a new watch . 2 jewelers said the back screws were striped out . Could not install new battery

restock_d @edhayes457 Good afternoon. The information provided to me was that they were new. I have sold out of this particular watch and have not had any other issues about screws. As I stated before if you have a problem with the watch please open a case with Poshmark.

restock_d @edhayes457 I can tell you that when I received them they stayed in their factory packaging and boxes with the exception to take pictures. I am not trying to be shady everything I have told you is what I know. If you are unhappy with the watch please open a case. That is the only way I know how to resolve things with Poshmark.
