Men's Red Pug Shorts 9" Inseam Size 34

I bought these for my husband but he won't wear them and it makes me sad to see them not being used. If they fit me I would keep them because who doesn't need a pair of red shorts with pugs on hats, sunglasses and gold chains? They have not been worn but I have washed them on cold and hung them to dry. The waistband says stretch but they don't have a ton of stretch so please see measurements. Zip and button closure. Front and back pockets are all functional. From a smoke free, pet friendly home.
