Men’s Propper brand black tactical pants in size L, inseam Short. Cinch ties at hem. Adjustable waist. Ripstop cotton fabric. These are preowned and in good condition. No rips or tears. 3 tiny holes (see photo) next to back right pocket flap. A few tiny spots that are faded also shown in photos. Great as an extra pair of pants, in good condition with plenty of wear left! Inseam measures 29”
